Hi Dave!

Thanks so much for writing!

One thing I always say about screens is in some ways it’s what you have to worry least about, because so many things can be a screen or surface depending on your taste and vision for the show.

Sounds like you might be in the market for something a little nicer that you could use over and over and in that case I would say since it’s rear projection, you might want to reach out to a Rosebrand (https://www.rosebrand.com) or something like that because they are going to have fabrics that are specifically tailored to rear projection and they can help you find the exact size you need.

This may sound like common sense, but you do want something with a little transparency to it so the light can pass through, but not so much you see that bulb of the projector shining through—if that makes sense:)

Cheers,
Mitch

Love your work, and planning to use some. One question – where do you get screens for rear screen projection? I didn’t see anywhere on the videos you dealt with it (other than the frosted shower curtain, which I’d rather go a bit more upscale than that). Thanks – Dave
